Where is my order?

How do I return a product?
Email us at support@zoovi.com with your order number. We’ll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Refunds hit your original payment method in 3–5 business days.
How long does shipping take?
US orders typically arrive in 5–8 business days. We ship within 24 hours of your order being placed, and you’ll get a tracking number the moment it leaves our fulfillment center.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. After that, orders enter fulfillment and can no longer be modified.
Is the CloudWalk suitable for large, powerful dogs?
Absolutely. The CloudWalk is engineered and tested to handle dogs up to 110 lbs (50kg). The one-touch safety brake and reinforced stainless steel mechanism are built for even the most enthusiastic pullers.
