We ship all Zoovi orders within 24 hours of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days — Free on orders over $60
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days — $9.99
• International: 7–14 business days — rates calculated at checkout

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Return Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy.

How to Return

1. Email us at support@zoovi.com with your order number.
2. We will send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest carrier.
4. Refund processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with a photo. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost.
