Where is my order?

How do I return a product?
Email us with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Refunds are processed in 3–5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout.
Can I change my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, orders enter fulfilment and cannot be changed.
Is the leash suitable for big dogs?
Absolutely. The CloudWalk is tested up to 50kg with a one-touch safety brake and reinforced steel mechanism.
