Shipping Information

All Zoovi orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). The moment your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please note: International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every product we sell with a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy from the date of delivery. If you’re not completely delighted, we’ll make it right.

Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return.

How to Start a Return

1. Email support@zoovi.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll send a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.
3. Drop the package at your nearest carrier location.
4. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.
